The company provided insulation materials for the thermal protection equipment of the trough collector system in the UAE Dubai 950MW Concentrated Solar Power (CSP)-Photovoltaic (PV) Hybrid Project, a key national "Belt and Road" initiative. This project is currently one of the world's largest CSP-PV hybrid power stations. Undertaken by Shanghai Electric as the EPC contractor (with Spain's Abengoa as the technical lead), the CSP section of the project has a total capacity of 700MW, comprising one 100MW tower system and three 200MW trough systems, combined with 250MW of photovoltaic power generation, enabling 24-hour continuous electricity supply.

The project also involves multiple international partners, including the U.S. company BrightSource and Siemens, reflecting Hubei Soli's deep collaboration with Middle Eastern countries in the field of clean energy.
